Tiramisu pancakes:-
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oat flour (or normal flour)
- 1/2 scoop @canadianfuelnutrition chocolate mocha protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp milk/water
- Sweetener to preference
- 1/4 tsp instant coffee
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Toppings:
- Vanilla yogurt
- Cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients together and mix until smooth
2. Cook the pancakes on low heat and flip when you see bubbles
3. Stack up the pancakes with yogurt and top everything with cocoa powder!
